Use
The dosage of HE-Cellulose, Modified varies according to different functions. For thickening and emulsion stabilization, it ranges from 0.2–1.0%, and the amount should be adjusted based on the desired viscosity, with higher doses suitable for creams and lower for serums. As a suspension aid in particulate products such as clay masks or exfoliants, the dosage is 0.1–0.5%. When used for film - forming in hair care to enhance styling hold without causing stiffness, 0.05–0.3% is applied. In terms of the application method, it needs to be pre-dispersed in glycerin or water through gentle stirring to avoid clumping before being added to the formulation. Moreover, it demonstrates good processing compatibility, as it can be incorporated into the aqueous phase during emulsification or added directly to pre - mixed systems.
